This Mother’s Day is unlike others in living memory
The year-long lock-down took a toll on mothers
Mothers did double or triple duties, unabated
Worked day and nights, taking no breathers
A mother’s job was difficult even before Covid-19
During the lockdown, it turned impossible
Tending to kids and husbands 24×7, cooped up in the house
“keeping all the balls in air” became totally implausible
